Community Funding for Land Conservation
This guidebook was designed to help concerned citizens, elected officials and/or conservation commission members achieve community land conservation goals by securing local funding. The guidebook provides case studies to explain each funding mechanism through the direct experience of local citizens. It also includes sample warrant articles, newsletters, media releases, and other materials from communities who have succeeded in securing local land conservation funding.
